About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Four 10-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Cath Lab License: Valid nursing license Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred Must-Have: More than 2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred. Description: The position requires working four 10-hour shifts from 7 am to 5:30 pm with rotating days off throughout the month. Call will consist of one weekday per week and one weekend every 4 weeks. Job duties include administering moderate sedation and monitoring patients during procedures. Responsibilities also include assisting with procedure setup and breakdown. Procedures performed will include Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization, peripheral interventions, carotid stenting, aneurysm repairs, TAVR, and device implants.
