Key Responsibilities:

Manage program deliverables across UHC and Optum to support Prospective Chart Collection and 2026 2027 HEDIS Chart Chase activities.

Analyze and validate data across Document Management, AI, and ratLift applications to identify issues and support workflow improvements.

Track program status, resolve delivery barriers, and provide weekly progress reporting to stakeholders.
