Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

SCHEDULE
Shift: 1900 - 0730 (19:00)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Weeks: 13
Guaranteed Hours: 36

REQUIREMENTS
- Current RN license
- Relevant certifications in critical care nursing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICU or CCU setting

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs and prioritize implementation of nursing interventions.
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices.
- Supervise and guide clinical staff, delegating appropriate tasks and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Support resource management related to patient care to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Orientation and training will be provided as per facility policies.
- Background checks and drug screening are required prior to assignment.
