Accounting Specialist

On-site - San Juan, 1-3 years experience, Bachelor, Full-time. Job Description Process payroll accurately and on time, including government-mandated deductions. Monitor and record Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions. Handle billing process and ensure timely collections. Maintain and update general accounting records and BIR Books of Accounts. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support external and internal audits by providing required documents. Ensure compliance with BIR and other government regulations. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course (preferred but not required if with relevant experience). At least 1 year experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related role. Knowledgeable in payroll, receivables, payables, billing, and bookkeeping. Familiar with BIR processes and reporting. Proficient in MS Excel/Word; experience with accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Can work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
