Job Highlights:

Specialized Clinical Pharmacy Practice

Support patients across complex therapeutic areas, including HIV, Infertility, and GLP-1 weight management therapies.

Direct Patient Care Impact

Guide patients through treatment journeys with personalized medication education, adherence support, and ongoing clinical monitoring.

Patient Education & Counseling

Teach patients how to safely and confidently use oral medications, self-injectable therapies, and specialty medications.

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$86.69 - 111.88 - 125.30

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Or Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy.
• 5 Years experience in the advanced practice area; Or
• 3 Years completion of PGY1 residency and 2 years experience in advanced practice area; Or
• 2 Years completion of PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS ) - American Heart Association
• California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery - Various-Employee provides certificate

Other Qualification Requirements

• Any BPS (Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties) Certification is required within 6 months of hire into this position.
• Advance Practice Pharmacist License-CA Board of Pharmacy is required within 12 months of hire into this position.
