Customer Service Representative/Service Coordinator

What You'll Do As a Service Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for customers, designers, installers, and office staff. Responsibilities include: Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating calendars Working directly with clients throughout every phase of their project Communicating with field personnel, including installers and service technicians Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong follow-through Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Previous customer service, scheduling, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred Why Join Closet Factory Minnesota?
