About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: - PALS or ENPC - ACLS - BLS - TNCC - NIHSS Must-Have: - At least 2 years of ER experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in an emergency setting. Teamwork and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates are expected to perform a variety of procedures, including conscious sedation and intubations. The RN will also participate in managing cases related to behavioral health, sepsis, and stroke. Documentation will be done using the Meditech system. The RN is required to float as needed within the facility. Dress code consists of navy scrubs, with white, navy, and black permissible for undershirts and jackets. Nail polish should be clean and without chips, and acrylic nails are not permitted. Hair must be off the shoulders and in natural colors. Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Attendance policies and floating guidelines will be applicable.
