Engineering Manager - Visa Support Available - Shenzhen

What You'll Do

Oversee the complete engineering lifecycle of medical and beauty devices, from concept, design, and R&D to mass production.
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team (hardware, software, firmware, mechanical).
Act as the technical bridge between our Shenzhen manufacturing hub and global clients, ensuring specifications and quality standards are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical risks effectively.
Ensure all products comply with international medical device standards and certifications (e.g., FDA, CE).

We need a leader who can manage cross-functional teams and deliver top-tier medical and beauty hardware for international clients. Who We're Looking For

Excellent English (ability to lead technical discussions with overseas partners is essential).
Proven track record in engineering management, preferably in medical devices, consumer electronics, or hardware manufacturing.
Strong understanding of the product development process (NPI) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
Organized, decisive, and capable of solving complex engineering bottlenecks.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-cultural communication.

Working Arrangement

Schedule: 大小周 (Alternating Saturdays) — one week full-time Monday to Friday, the next week Monday to Saturday, and so on.
Visa Support: We sponsor work visas for qualified candidates. If you're the right fit, we'll handle the paperwork.
