Senior .Net Developer Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise workflow applications. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for building scalable applications, supporting integrations, mentoring developers, and driving software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle. Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise workflow applications. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for building scalable applications, supporting integrations, mentoring developers, and driving software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Build and support SSIS jobs and application integrations.
- Develop modern web applications using Angular or React.
- Design and implement microservice-based architectures.
- Support production applications and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
- Lead technical initiatives and provide project-level leadership.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Concourse.
- Coach and mentor junior developers.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous system improvements.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical solution design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Concourse.
- Experience developing applications using Angular or React.
- Experience building and supporting microservice architectures.
- Experience writing automated unit tests.
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience leading technical projects or initiatives.
- Experience with GitHub.
- Experience with Pair Programming.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working with Containers.
- Kubernetes, VMware Tanzu, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry experience.
- Java development experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
