Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to support our chiropractic office. This entry-level position does not require a license and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting while assisting with both administrative and patient care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling.

Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed.

Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and general inquiries.

Prepare treatment rooms and support chiropractors during patient care.

Collect and process payments, verify insurance, and handle billing assistance.

Maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare, customer service, or administrative role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
