Contingent upon award. Key Duties: Conduct construction observation, progress reporting, and manage change requests. Ensure construction meets Air Force standards and user requirements. Review submittals, shop drawings, and coordinate inspection/testing schedules. Oversee contractor quality control and recommend progress payments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports. Facilitate project meetings and briefings for senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5 years of construction management experience, or 10 years of commercial construction inspection (if no degree). Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills.
