Kids Club Attendant

Job Type: Part-time We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Kids Club Attendants, catering to the youngest members of our fitness community. Position Overview: As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and positive and engaging experience for the little ones visiting Gold's Gym PNW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with children and aspire to contribute to the well‑being of our "future body builders." Responsibilities Childcare: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 mo to 12 years old while their parents enjoy their workout. Engagement: Organize and facilitate age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts to keep children entertained and active. Safety First: Ensure the well‑being of all children by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitized play area. Communication: Effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and any special instructions. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Kids Club Attendants and gym staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment. Qualifications Must be at least age 18. Passion for working with children and creating a positive and fun atmosphere. Basic understanding of child development and safety practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
