Cardinal Therapy Group (formerly Cardinal Rehab) is a local, therapist-owned therapy company that specializes in pediatrics. We provide a variety of therapy and support services in a number of virtual and in-person healthcare and educational settings.
Here we grow again!
Cardinal Therapy Group is looking for an enthusiastic COTA to fill our new part-time position. Our company has grown and needs to add therapists who are excited to join us in providing quality therapy services in our area!
Job Overview
- One open position; part-time with guaranteed hours. 3 days/week, Monday through Friday; no evenings, weekends or holidays.
- Work directly with experienced OTs and COTAs who are eager to support and collaborate!

Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ohio Licensure
- Motivated to be an advocate for the child and maintain high ethical standards for treatment.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and think “outside of the box”
- Enjoy collaborating within a team environment.
- Pediatric focus; experience in a school setting is a plus but not required!
- New graduate candidates welcome to apply; supervision available.
- A friendly and professional demeanor; “team” oriented.
- Dependable, flexible and excited to make a difference!
