Angie Murray-Pate & Associates is looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Specialist to help individuals, families, farms, and businesses protect what matters most. If you enjoy building relationships, talking with people, and helping customers find solutions, we'd love to meet you.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking for a new opportunity, we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Generate sales opportunities through phone calls, referrals, networking, and customer conversations
• Quote and sell: 
  • Auto Insurance
  • Home Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Commercial Insurance
  • Farm & Ranch Insurance
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Meet sales goals through consistent prospecting and customer engagement

Qualifications

Required

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License before employment begins
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers both on the phone and in person
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and willing to learn

Preferred

• Previous sales experience
• Telemarketing experience
• Insurance industry experience

Don't have extensive insurance experience? That's okay. We are willing to train the right person who has the drive, personality, and determination to succeed.
