As a Registered Nurse, you play a crucial role as a valued member of our patient treatment team. Your responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, and providing care in accordance with established physician treatment plans, all while actively participating in the coordination of patient care. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Oasis Admissions / Start of care. Resumption of Care, Recertification, Discharge. Supervision, Regular visits. Insulin Patients. Wound Care, Wound Care High Tech, IV/ High Tech Certified, HIV Tech Certified. Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations, interpretations, and evaluations on the day services are rendered. Provide nursing services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Registered Nurse. Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nurse diagnoses. Record all clinical and progress notes and entered them into the patient’s permanent record files. Plan of care reevaluated needs and revised plan of care as necessary. Responsible for the clinical record of each patient receiving nursing care. All RN duties related to home health care. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements Valid RN license in the state of Florida Level 2 Background Check with AHCA Professional Liability Insurance Valid Driver’s License Proof of Citizenship Social Security Card CPR/BLS Certification Car Registration and Car Insurance if the vehicle is owned.
