Accounting Assistant

Accounting AssistantWe're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable professional with bookkeeping experience and strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Type: Temp-to-Hire Onsite Compensation: $25/hour Location: DallasResponsibilities:Daily input of Kindful receipts (donation platform) into the current ERP systemEnter checks into Kindful and the current ERP systemSet up projects in KindfulEmail education donors who may have forgotten to donate (once or twice annually)Update the PEP sheet for donations related to studentsReconcile bank statements monthlyObtain American Express backup and code by team monthlyReconcile fundraising activity to the bank monthlyUpdate contact information as neededPerform remote deposit capture to deposit checks and book them into systemsSend weekly team reports to team leadersAssist the Senior Accountant with additional tasks as neededBenefits:HealthVisionDentalPaid holidayCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $25.00All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
