Our team helps clients transform their finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimise the use of technology, and efficient use of resources to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality services to all stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness in client finance processes. Analyze intricate financial challenges and propose solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills. Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients. Navigate complex scenarios to achieve remarkable results. Enhance understanding of business context and industry trends. Leverage advanced AI technologies for digital finance transformation. Contribute to the overall growth of the Financial Operations team. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree. At least 4 years of experience in finance operations. Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance. Certified Public Accountant. Experience in record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash cycles. Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives. In‑depth knowledge of finance process optimisation and financial systems implementations. Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions. Experience with managerial cost accounting and financial modeling. Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle. Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud‑based solutions. Travel Requirements: Up to 60% travel.
