Part Time - Administrative Assistant

Location: Newport Beach, California

Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $30/hr

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Two Days/16 Hours/Week (Sunday 8am to 4:30pm and Monday 8am to 5pm) / Onsite

About the Role:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and transfer calls
• Data entry into Google Sheets / CRM systems
• Sending out DocuSign, etc
• Clerical work
• Maintain compliance being at the dock, including opening the gate
• Work comfortably in an environment near water and around a marina
