Hourly + Travel Expenses Covered

PROVIDERS NEEDED: 3 FT MD

MINIMUM # of SHIFTS ACCEPTABLE: 3

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: ABEM or ABOEM, BC/BE; will take ABEM new grad

Board Eligible/Certified in EM, ACLS, ALS, PALS if not BC in EM, Residency Trained, CME past 2 years, Case logs past 2 years

Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? No

RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS: EM

ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required? Yes

STAFFING MODEL MDDO: 38 hours

STAFFING MODEL NPPA: 24 hours

PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES: 6a-3p, 10a-8p, 3p-12a, 8p-6a

NPPA SHIFT TIMES: 8a-8p M-Th, 10a-10p Sun-Sat

CALL REQUIREMENT: No

ANNUAL VOLUME: 34,000

PATIENTS PER DAY: 93

% EMS: 20.00%

% ADMITTED PATIENTS: 24.80%

TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION: N/A

SCRIBE COVERAGE: Yes - 38 hours Scribe Cvg for MDs

ED BEDS & FAST TRACK BEDS: 22

ICU BEDS: Yes
