Technical Product Manager

Technical Product ManagerDevelops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects. Drives the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects. This position will provide product coverage / drives initiatives in Item Catalog space. This is under a high priority enterprise initiative Skywalker - Item Setup and Management. Resource is responsible to lead and drive requirements such as data migrations of certain Item concepts not in Pangaea ecosystem yet and other related Integrations through Adapters like GDSN to enhance quality of data. These data points will eventually help power next generation user experience for tools used by our Suppliers and Merchants.Experience: 4-5 years (platform org) A converted engineering background is preferred, strong university is a plus. Technical background to write the strategy and walk through with stakeholders (4 years of Product Experience) will not accept project managers. MUST BE TECHNICAL (not necessarily coding though). Migrating from DB2- SQL/NoSQL is a must. Retail experience is a plus. Micro service experience. Team works on getting data between the platforms. Software Technology, Inc.
