Territory Sales Representative

Job Description

Texas Home Medical, Inc. is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Medical Sales Representative to develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and medical offices throughout the assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, sleep centers, and medical office staff.
Regularly visit referral sources within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
Maintain consistent communication with existing referral partners.
Become a trusted resource for providers and their staff regarding CPAP/DME services.
Educate medical offices on Texas Home Medical's CPAP and PAP resupply services, processes, and capabilities.
Communicate changes in insurance requirements, documentation requirements, and referral processes as appropriate.
Maintain training outlined by manager

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and offices within the respiratory market
2+ years sales success in medical industry (DME is a plus)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
