Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments using the appropriate protocol, monitor side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given to maintain accurate records.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
• Lead and delegate to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of employment or compact.
• BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
• Willingness to work required weekend and on-call shifts.
• Ability to float to various facilities as needed.
