Field Nurse Case Manager - Autonomous RN, Training

QuestPro is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager for a full-time, field-based role in the Greater LA territory. This position offers an every-other-week 4×10 schedule (3-day weekends) and the chance to transition from bedside nursing into care coordination with a national TPA. You will coordinate care among injured workers, employers, and providers; use clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans; and perform in-person visits with ongoing communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr Questpro
