This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their exceptional customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail. We're a fast paced but casual work environment that's moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of! Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To: Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items Perform customer checkout procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures Requirements Friendly and helpful Willingness to engage with customers Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment Detail oriented 18 years of age or older Ability to work quickly and efficiently Ability to work well as part of a team Proven history of strong work ethic Willingness to learn new things Adaptability to change Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required training will be provided. Ability to work in a warehouse environment Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs Full-Time position with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) with Company Match.
