Job Description What you’ll do Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. Operate and set up Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding. Strong problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications. Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. Assist with training as required. Perform production assembler duties as determined by Supervisor. Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes. Inspect completed work to quality requirements. If overtime is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide employees with adequate advance notice, however, sometimes overtime may be mandatory. What you need Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge.
