Restaurant Manager – New Restaurant Opening Soon in Columbia SC

We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a brand-new restaurant in Columbia SC, and we are searching for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity to help launch a new dining destination in Columbia SC while building a long-term career with a growing company.

Our new restaurant in Columbia SC is looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong leadership skills, positive energy, and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience in Columbia SC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Manage scheduling, inventory, labor costs, and operational performance
• Create a positive and motivating work environment
• Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience every visit

Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Experience with high-volume restaurant operations preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
