The Warehouse Operator performs a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming product, picking, and filling orders from stock, stacking, and wrapping product and/or building pallets.Required work schedule - Monday -Thursday 5:30pm - 3:00amDuties & ResponsibilitiesFollow House-Autry Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity, Caring, and Commitment.Responsible for shipping and receiving schedule.Responsible for shipping and receiving in Four OaksTo establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.To gain a general knowledge of cost-effective warehouse principles and management.Actively display knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures relating to warehouse operations and equipment.Assist other departments as necessaryOther duties as assigned.Qualifications & Education RequirementsHS Diploma or GED a plus.3-5 years in a warehouse or distribution environment.Food manufacturing preferred with a strong warehouse/distribution background.Capability to lead a diverse workforce.Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.Must be standup forklift CertifiedCapacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and troubleshooting instructions, and procedure manuals.Adeptness to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Aptitude to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.Skill to apply mathematical concepts and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and complete multiple tasksAbility to work in a team environment.Delivering Southern Crafted Goodness® Since 1812, House-Autry Mills has been a staple Southern food brand for over 200 years.
