Because, the truth is, nobody ever became great without first being brave. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a dynamic, talented Senior Designer to join our team as part of our team. They will work with creatives across all clients to help formulate concept. Experience executing a variety of creative formats across all digital mediums. The ideal candidate demonstrates passion to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment. The role reports into our ECD/Design Director. Develop strong visual ideas and systems across brand identity, campaigns, digital, social,experientialand new business. Own projects from concept through execution, maintaining a high level of craft and consistency throughout. Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production and account teams to push the work forward. Present design thinking clearly and contribute thoughtful feedback to the broader design team. Stay current on design, culture, technology and emerging creative tools. A strong portfoliodemonstratingexceptional design craft, conceptualthinkingand a distinct point of view. Strong command of typography, layout, composition, color and image-making. Experience building and extending visual identities and campaign systems across multiple platforms. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; motion, 3D and emerging creative tools are a plus. The role is based in Los Angeles, CA. Please note: This role requires someone to be onsite in the D&G office 3 days per week — Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
