Manager of IT Operations

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Full-time associates in the role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program. Primary responsibilities Directs assigned Information Technology functions which support all company associates across a variety of areas, including PC, mobility, service desk, telecommunications, and other support areas. Provides direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure responsive, high-quality support services (including 24/7 coverage as business needs and urgency dictate). Works closely with other departments and business units to onboard new areas of support and ensures teams are trained and equipped to provide responsive, high-quality support; directs workload for team members. Collaborates with the Information Technology Operations leadership team to develop and oversee operations of the support teams and ensures processes are in place for a consistent support experience for associates. Identifies areas where Information Technology teams can provide support and develops escalation processes between teams. Analyzes complex business needs and develops processes; evaluates data to determine proper level of staffing to meet support needs; identifies areas for improvements to increase customer experience and streamline cost. Hires, trains, and develops associates; ensures proper cross-training; ensures associates are trained in company policies and mandated compliance needs. Performs other duties as assigned by their supervisor as part of the role. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field required. Minimum five years of experience in Information Technology required. Minimum of three years of IT leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant knowledge of an advanced discipline with working knowledge of related fields; ability to direct multiple functions and/or departments with full responsibility for operational results. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership with bias for action, urgency, and drive. Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical ability with sound judgment to solve complex and varied problems affecting a large number of associates. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Standing; walking; sitting; use of hands to handle or feel; talking or hearing; occasional weekend, evening, or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage; on-call as needed; reach with hands and arms; up to 25 pounds lift; travel occasionally.
