What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact from check-in to delivery
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify service needs
- Present repairs, timelines, and pricing clearly
- Coordinate with technicians for efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain estimates, records, and customer communication
- Follow up to drive retention and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Service Advisor or automotive experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate and sell services
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
