Operations Support SpecialistHartman Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to support our shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily operational workflows.This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound materials in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable identifying and resolving problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receive incoming materials and verify all details.Perform an initial inspection of incoming shipments.Document receiving issues and route materials to Quality Assurance.Process material receipts in the ERP system.Prepare outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination.Maintain accurate inventory records.Scan, organize, and file shipping and receiving records.Communicate with outside vendors regarding order status, lead times, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.Use Microsoft Word and Outlook for documentation and daily communication.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area.Assist with other operational support duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is preferred.Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, job travelers, packing slips, part numbers, and material certifications.Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and recordkeeping skills.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Dependable, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Quality personnel.Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material-handling duties throughout the workday.Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment after receiving appropriate training.Hartman Enterprises, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
