Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients. Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols. Operate and monitor complex medical equipment. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes. Respond effectively to emergency situations while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
