Payroll AnalystWe are currently seeking a part-time Payroll Analyst to join our team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for our employees. This is a critical role within our organization as accurate and timely payroll is essential to the success of our business.Key Responsibilities:Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresReview and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholdersProcess employee changes such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustmentsCalculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other compensation paymentsCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2 years of experience in payroll processing and analysisProficiency in payroll software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
