Hybrid role.Cutting edge opportunity.About Our ClientThis opportunity is with a large organization in the financial services industry.Job DescriptionProvide legal counsel on AI-related products and technologies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and regulatory risks associated with AI initiatives.Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to AI technologies, partnerships, and licensing.Monitor and advise on emerging legal and regulatory developments in AI law and financial services.Support the development and implementation of internal policies and practices related to AI governance.Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, as they relate to AI innovations.Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on AI compliance and risk management strategies.Conduct training sessions on AI-related legal topics for internal teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
