Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEcoBlock is currently hiring an experienced General Plant Manager. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, and maintenance. The GM plays a critical role in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goalsLead and develop cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with safety standardsManage budgets, costs, and overall plant performanceDrive continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experienceProven experience managing teams, budgets, and operationsMinimum work week to consist of Monday-Friday Be tentative via phone 24/7 due to operational scheduleMotivation and eagerness to implement and maintain processes for a growing business
