This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Clinical Lead Nurse or existing Deputy Nurse Manager with strong knowledge of CQC standards and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a supportive, inclusive setting. As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional standards of care and compliance are upheld.
