Licensed Practical Nurse, DVH Shift Rotational Hours per week: 0 Salary range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience. Overview A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.
