Quality Documentation Specialist

Hiring for a Quality Documentation Specialist in Middlebury!

In this role, you will review, edit, and process document revisions, update procedures and work instructions, and ensure all controlled documents comply with quality system requirements. You will collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams to support audits, document control activities, and ongoing compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a manufacturing environment, strong technical writing skills, and familiarity with quality documentation and regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Update, revise, and maintain controlled quality and regulatory documents.
• Manage document changes and revision control.
• Work with regulatory-driven documents, audits, and compliance requirements impacting documentation.
• Support Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams in compliance initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of quality systems, including controlled documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with quality documentation and regulatory compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• ISO / Medical Device Experience is preferred but not required.
• MDR/MDD Experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with engineering documentation is advantageous.
• Candidates from aerospace or other highly regulated industries would also be considered.

Work Environment

This position is onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will work closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams in a collaborative environment where employees contribute across multiple functions. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
