Social Media Specialist

As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Marketing team in New York. You’ll be the voice and pulse of Ksubi online, creating social first content that keeps the brand front of feed and front of mind. From filming and editing through to publishing and community engagement, you’ll bring Ksubi’s campaigns, products and cultural moments to life across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, you’ll create content that feels authentic, culturally relevant and unmistakably Ksubi. What You’ll Do Own and manage Ksubi’s social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. Create, curate and publish engaging content across static, video, stories and reels. Coordinate content across marketing, creative, retail, online and PR teams. Brief and collaborate with internal creatives and external partners on campaign content. Stay across fashion, music and youth culture trends to identify relevant content opportunities. Act as the voice of Ksubi online, engaging with the community in real time across comments, DMs and tags. Track social performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy. Test new formats, captions and platform tactics to improve engagement and growth. Work cross‑functionally to ensure social storytelling aligns with wider brand and commercial objectives. What You Bring 3+ years’ experience in a similar social media or content role within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands Experience growing social channels and driving engagement through content strategy Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Basic experience with video editing with Adobe Premier or an equivalent software platform. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
