• Location : BNY - 500 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15262 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Basic cooking knowledge and knife skills required.

• Pay Range : $17.70 per hour to $17.70 per hour

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality menu items from scratch using standardized recipes and techniques.
• Ensure food is prepared, plated, and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, portion control, and product quality.
• Assist with menu production, prep work, and daily service operations.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storage of food products.
• Operate and maintain modern kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Experience preparing food from scratch in a café, restaurant, corporate dining, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
