Digital Communications Specialist The Digital Communications Specialist will develop and support the Firm’s digital marketing strategy across web, social media and email platforms. Key Responsibilities Maintain website content management system and digital content. Support email marketing and social media efforts. Coordinate with lawyers and professionals for bio changes and content updates. Draft and review social media posts, attorney publications and event content. Ensure compliance with Firm standards for all social media channels. Create and maintain regular analytics reporting and provide insights. Employ technical skills across digital marketing technologies and CMS. Conduct quality control checks and improve workflow/data quality. Assist with beta testing new technologies and processes. Help maintain documentation and training materials. Enforce coding, writing and branding standards. Other duties and projects as assigned. Required Skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently under time pressure. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations. Required Qualifications & Education Bachelor’s degree. At least 2+ years of related professional experience or equivalent marketing‑related internship. Understanding of database design and usage. Experience with HTML, social media copywriting and digital analytics tools (e.g., website analytics, social media insights, email marketing metrics). Preferred Qualifications & Education Experience with Lexis‑Nexis InterAction, Sitecore CMS and email marketing software. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media analytics platforms and email campaign reporting tools. Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and moderate to advanced keyboard usage.
