Sales Manager, Watches & Fine Jewelry - Rodeo Drive

Summary As Sales Manager for the Beverly Hills Watches & Fine Jewelry Flagship, you will lead and coach a seasoned sales team to drive sales across Watches, Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry. You will partner with the Boutique Director and CRM team to develop client strategies, activate targeted outreach, and deliver on business KPIs. The role requires in-store leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences, oversee assortment planning, reporting, and boutique standards. Responsibilities Manage, coach and develop the WFJ sales team and provide leadership presence on the selling floor. Drive sales growth across Watches, Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry and achieve KPIs including recruitment, retention, conversion and data capture. Partner with the Boutique Director and CRM to create targeted client lists, activate outreach, and support collection launches and activations. Lead and execute boutique events and activations, identify high-potential clients, and support curated client follow-up. Oversee business analysis, reporting, assortment planning and partnership with Home Office teams. Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven coaching and leadership experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry/watches. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends and some holidays; ability to lift 15 lbs.
