Job Description and Salary The Washington, DC office of ArentFox Schiff is seeking an attorney with minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience in international trade in a law firm or with the government to join our International Trade group. Candidates should have experience in Trade Litigation (antidumping and countervailing duty). Clerkship and/or experience in customs will be a significant plus factor. A strong academic record, interest in direct contact with clients, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are required. Domestic and overseas travel required. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
