- # RN Coordinator - Binghamton General ED & CPEPApplylocations: Binghamton, NYtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0000015879# **Position Overview**United Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join UHS Binghamton General Hospital as a Nursing Coordinator supporting the Emergency Department (ED), Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP), and Extended Observation Beds (EOB). This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational coordination to support patient flow, departmental efficiency, and exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency and behavioral health setting. As a clinical resource and role model for staff, you will help foster a safe, patient-centered environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely, effective care delivery. In this role, you will support day-to-day department operations, lead process improvement and quality initiatives, and contribute to projects that enhance patient outcomes, experience, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with nursing leadership, you will help drive strategic priorities, promote operational excellence, and support staff in delivering high-quality care.
