Location: Copiague, NY – Onsite
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:30-3:30 & 8:30-4:30
Classification: Non-Exempt

Acture Solutions is looking for a motivated and service-minded Level I Technician to join our Onsite Services team. • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, and other end-user devices.
• Install and support printers, projectors, and other peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows clients, software applications, and peripheral device issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including cabling, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network interface issues.
• Assist with basic TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
• Support user account administration through Active Directory and Google Admin Console.
• Install and configure various technical equipment.
• Maintain helpdesk tickets and provide detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support requests while providing timely customer service.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

• 1–2 years of desktop support or related IT experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS environments.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, peripherals, and common software applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Admin Console, and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ certification preferred.
• Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally, up to approximately 25%.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader IT team.

• Ability to perform hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and technical equipment.
• Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally to other locations as business needs require.

• Salary range: $40,000–$44,000, based on experience
