Appliance Repair Technician Evening & Sunday Shift

Tager Appliance Repair is growing, and we're adding a technician specifically to expand our evening and Sunday availability. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a full-time appliance repair career but prefers a later-starting schedule instead of the traditional 7 AM workday. The schedule:

Typical weekday start: Around 10:00 AM

Typical finish: Approximately 6:008:00 PM, depending on the day's route

Sunday: Approximately 10:00 AM5:00/6:00 PM

Friday and Saturday: Off

You'll primarily handle our later afternoon and evening customers, along with our Sunday route.

Compensation:

We offer a structured training and advancement program for technicians. New technicians begin with paid training before progressing into their own route. Experienced appliance repair technicians may qualify for an accelerated path based on demonstrated ability. Our full-route Technician Level 1 position offers the choice of hourly compensation $20 an hour during training. $25 an hour during your ramp up and $28 or 32% commission when fully trained, with additional advancement opportunities available.

What We're Looking For:

You don't necessarily need years of appliance repair experience. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working independently, good with customers, and willing to learn our diagnostic and repair process. Automotive, HVAC, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, military maintenance, and similar backgrounds can translate very well into appliance repair.
