Experience Requirements

• Proven sales experience within the building products, construction, architectural, or related industries
• Experience with doors, frames, hardware, or commercial building products is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, architectural, and distribution markets
• Build lasting relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers
• Promote building product solutions, including hollow metal doors and frames, metal building door systems, and aluminum windows
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer requirements
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer service
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
