Experience Requirements
- Proven sales experience within the building products, construction, architectural, or related industries
- Experience with doors, frames, hardware, or commercial building products is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, architectural, and distribution markets
- Build lasting relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers
- Promote building product solutions, including hollow metal doors and frames, metal building door systems, and aluminum windows
- Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer requirements
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer service
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
