About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Delivery to lead and optimize end-to-end operations for healthcare claim dispute resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable workflows, systems, and operational playbooks, driving efficiency improvements, and managing high-volume, detail-oriented case workflows with precision. This role requires the establishment of operational KPIs, the identification and implementation of technology solutions to enhance scalability, and the leadership and development of an operations team. The Vice President of Client Delivery will also be expected to partner with customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare services, RCM, or healthcare tech, with a proven track record in leading operations or delivery teams. Experience with healthcare claims, billing, or dispute workflows is essential, as is a demonstrated history of improving operational efficiency and scalability. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and a background in federally regulated healthcare workflows, RCM services companies, or early-stage/scaling organizations is preferred. Exposure to automation, AI, or workflow optimization tools, as well as a consulting background with a strong process orientation, is also desirable.
