Overview We are seeking dynamic and motivated team members to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers throughout their order journey. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction results in a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. In this role, you will assist homeowners, contractors, and designers by researching order details, providing updates, and helping resolve questions or concerns. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by prioritizing inbound Customer Service phone calls. Accurately document, create, and maintain customer experience cases in accordance with established performance guidelines. Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience during every interaction, whether by phone or email. Research order details and provide accurate updates to customers. Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience. Maintain professionalism and organization while handling multiple customer cases. Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while multitasking. Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions. Dependable team player who works well with coworkers and cross-departmental teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to stay organized and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like in This Role Providing timely and accurate updates to customers. Maintaining clear and organized documentation of customer cases. Communicating professionally and calmly in all customer interactions. Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently. Compensation Starting Wage: Up to $14.00/hour (includes $11.00/hour base pay + $3.00/hour average commission). Commission based on attendance, productivity, lead time, and order quality.
