Deaconess Clinic – Heart & Vascular is seeking a BE/BC electrophysiologist to join a 20+ physician group and a 20+ advanced practice provider group employed by Deaconess Specialty Physicians in southern Indiana. Inpatient and outpatient practice supported by APPs

7 interventional cardiologists, 8 non-invasive cardiologists, 4 electrophysiologists, 2 cardiothoracic surgeons, and 20+ advanced practice providers

State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our cardiovascular services are supported by advanced imaging in a non-invasive department, cardiac catheterization labs, and electrophysiology suites equipped with the latest AI technology.

Three (3) dedicated non-invasive departments at Deaconess Gateway, Midtown, and Henderson

Two (2) dedicated cardiac catheterization labs at Deaconess Gateway and Midtown

Two (2) dedicated electrophysiology labs at Deaconess Gateway and Midtown

Dedicated clinic office staff with a RN and CMA for each physician

Fully Integrated EMR: With Epic implemented for both inpatient and outpatient settings, your workflow is streamlined and efficient.

We understand the importance of balancing a rewarding career with a fulfilling personal life, which is why we offer one of the most competitive compensation packages in the region:

Guaranteed Salary: $775,000 for the first 12 months, with earning potential well beyond that.

Productivity-Based Compensation

Sign-On Bonus: $40,000

Quality Bonus: Up to $25,000

Comprehensive Benefits: Including medical, dental, 401k, 457B, malpractice insurance, moving allowance, and more.

401k has traditional and Roth options with ability for in-plan conversions

PSLF (Public Student Loan Forgiveness) eligible employer.

Procedural Focus: Echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, stress testing, coronary CTA, R/L heart catheterizations, PCI, IABP, Impella placement, PPM, ICD, PF Ablation, EP Study, and more

Call Coverage: Reasonable call responsibilities shared amongst non-invasive and interventional cardiologists.
